Six ways we work

Care at Rose Chiropractic

Short, honest descriptions of what happens in each type of visit — how long it takes, what we check, and what you leave with. Nothing here needs a package or a contract.

About 40 minutes

New patient exam and report

The first appointment. History, movement testing, orthopedic and neurological checks, then a plain explanation of what we think is going on and whether we are the right office for it.

  • Written findings you can hand to your own doctor
  • Imaging referral only when something warrants it
  • Usually a first adjustment the same day
15 – 20 minutes

Adjustment visits

The regular visit. A quick check of what changed since last time, then hands-on adjusting of the segments that need it — or a low-force instrument if that suits you better.

  • Hands-on, drop-table or instrument, your choice
  • Irritated joints are left alone until they settle
  • Most people are in and out inside twenty minutes
Gentle by design

Pregnancy and pediatric visits

Side-lying support and very light pressure through pregnancy, and feather-touch checks for babies and children. Parents stay in the room the whole time.

  • Pillows and positioning for every trimester
  • Pressure for infants is about what you would use on a ripe tomato
  • We refer out quickly if something is outside our scope
Paperwork included

Auto, work and sports injuries

Care after a collision on the parkway, a lift that went wrong at work, or a season that caught up with a knee and a back. Documented properly from the first visit.

  • No-fault and workers' compensation paperwork handled with you
  • Progress notes written so an adjuster can follow them
  • Coordination with your GP, orthopaedist or attorney on request
Two things, not twenty

Desk and posture help

For necks that live in front of a screen. We look at how you actually sit, then change two or three things — chair height, screen distance, one stretch that fits into a work break.

  • Simple adjustments to your existing desk, no shopping list
  • One or two movements you will genuinely repeat
  • Advice for drivers and hairdressers too, not only office work
When you want it

Wellness maintenance visits

Some people come every few weeks once things are calm, others only when something flares. Both are fine. We will tell you what we think and then respect what you decide.

  • No prepaid blocks of visits, ever
  • Seasonal check-ins around garden and snow season
  • Family scheduling so you are not making four trips
Money and insurance

What it costs, said plainly

We check your plan before your first visit and tell you what it covers, what your share looks like, and what happens if the plan runs out mid-care. If you are paying out of pocket, ask — we quote the exam and a visit over the phone without a song and dance.

No-fault claims after a car accident and workers' compensation cases are billed directly. Bring the claim number if you have one; if you do not, we will help you find it.
